With over 5 years’ experience inLogistics and surrounding fields (Customs and Freight), Mary has supported teams in fulfilling KPI targets using clear reporting and root cause analysis to identify and build action plans to address areas of underperformance/causes for concern.
She uses Business intelligence and Management intelligence data to build clear and comprehensive data analytics for both customers and colleagues. Working in line with service level agreements, Mary is able to provide skillsets using Agile, Six-Sigma and Prince 2 methodologies. She is constantly, searching for opportunities to improve processes and ensure robust structure within the operations.
